Shake up your usual food routine and try out-of-the-ordinary eats, such as bourbon-and-cornflake ice cream. You’ll also try bites, like pastrami sandwiches and other favorites, from a well-known delicatessen, and stop by an iconic Mexican eatery to sample tacos and tamales. You’ll even learn the importance of some of the area’s most iconic murals.

We had a blast exploring the Temescal area of Oakland today. Rebecca was knowledgeable, funny, and responsive to our group. This was my first food tour, but it won’t be my last. I want to explore the SF Ferry Building with Rebecca next!
