Continue with a delicate salmon steak served on bulgur, followed by tender beef confit with whipped sweet potatoes and glazed carrots. A cheese course with Brie, tangy onion jam and mesclun salad adds a touch of elegance. The experience ends with a decadent Opéra like cake for dessert.
