Start with whipped ricotta girasole in Parmesan cream, followed by a delicate salmon steak served with bulgur and spring vegetables. For the main course, savor tender beef confit accompanied by sweet potato purée and glazed carrots. Conclude your evening with a decadent black and white Opéra like cake for dessert.

Beverages are not included, but guests can purchase a variety of soft drinks such as Coke and ginger beer, along with water, coffee and tea on board. Any allergies or dietary preferences can be accommodated.
