Great experience for my first class! Really enjoyed learning from Carlos. His instructions were clear and he taught us some handy tips and tricks along the way. He watched everyone’s progress and gave individual help so that everyone was successful. The pacing of the class was good, but it is helpful to prep your ingredients before class so you don’t feel rushed. The meal turned out delicious and we even have leftovers! Can’t wait to book another class with Carlos!
