The meal begins with mezze appetizers, including eggplant baba ghanoush, harissa and cucumber tzatziki served alongside fresh pita bread. Next, enjoy a refreshing Mediterranean salad paired with a rustic Catalan beef stew known as cap i pota. For the entrée, savor tender sirloin topped with your choice of Spanish or green pepper sauce, accompanied by perfectly roasted potatoes. I messaged Chef Carlos to try and sort out a birthday cooking event with a group of my friends, where he showed us how to cook some seafood starter dishes and then let us sit back and enjoy while he cooked us a Playa and Mar Paella (which was INCREDIBLE). From the food to the experience, to the wine he brought with him, everything was perfect! I will be back in a few months and my first stop will absolutely be Chef Carlos!

Chef Carlos is the best. I went to Barcelona for the weekend in July and wanted to have a dinner party with my local friends, so I contacted Chef Carlos to create a big and delicious feast and he certainly knew what he was doing! They all agreed his paella was truly a delicacy and I couldn't be happier! It exceeded our expectations! He was very nice and the vibe was great. Thank you, Chef Carlos, for everything ! We hope to see you again soon and try those croquettes you told us about! ;)

Chef Carlo’s food and experience was truly the gem of our trip in Barcelona. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was 10/10! I would recommend Chef Carlo’s kitchen to everyone. Hopefully we can repeat next summer!

I had some friends who were coming to Barcelona for a few days and I wanted to arrange a fun experience for them. I contacted Chef Carlos since he had been recommended to me before and I only have good things to say!!! He cooked us an amazing vegetarian paella and some home-made Spanish starters, it all tasted amazing and my friends loved the opportunity to try real Spanish food cooked with love and taking care of every detail. I cannot recommend Chef Carlos and his food enough!!

I contacted Chef Carlos for a dinner I was having with some friends. The food prepared by him was excellent. I especially enjoyed the paella as you can definitely note the difference between a proper homemade one and the ones that you can get in the restaurants in the city. He was very engaging and funny and we had a great time. If I come back to Barcelona one day I will definitely contact him again.

I have enjoyed Chef Carlos' meals several times and I can recommend his fantastic food and beautiful soul. We had lovely moments together and had great conversations while finishing the bottle of wine. Don't hesitate if you are considering an experience with him, it is totally worth it! I contacted Carlos to host a cooking experience for my birthday with 10 friends, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable celebrations ever! From start to finish, Chef Carlos created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like we were enjoying a meal in the heart of Spain. The highlight of the evening was his incredible Playa y Mar Paella— and it’s hands down the best paella I’ve ever had. He also introduced us to an amazing selection of Spanish wines that perfectly complemented the meal, and we learned so much about Spanish cuisine and culture along the way. Carlos’s passion and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to spring, and I’ll absolutely be reaching out to him again for another magical evening! Thank you Carlos!
