Friendly and professional, Chef Vilsaria provided simple guidance, which made our first-ever "cooking class" surprisingly enjoyable. I was somewhat intimidated, but she set a casual and relaxed atmosphere, which made the evening a fun night out for us. We definitely will be back!

We had an amazing time in our Italian cooking class with Vivian and Michi! Vivian was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make the experience fun and engaging. We learned great tips, made pasta from scratch, and felt confident enough to try it at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone had a blast. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!

2/25/25 My wife and I decided to take the ramen making class for our anniversary. I can’t express how thankful we are for discovering this fun and informative class . First I want to say chef Michi and Vivian are amazing hosts and chefs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. Very hands on and fun to participate in making the ramen noodles , the pork tenderloin and the onigiri. We finished up with a very delicious and refreshing shaved ice. The atmosphere was pleasant all around . They have made me more confident in trying things out for the first time . 5 stars isn’t enough to rate this overall experience. I highly recommend if you are looking for a fun, exciting, and challenging activity making ramen from scratch. Thank you chef Michi and chef Vivian!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Chef Vivi and Michi are some of the most kindest and patient people I’ve ever met. I originally booked the kids sushi class as a gift for my daughter’s birthday and my husband also booked the ramen class for our anniversary. The ramen class was first and it was such a great experience. It was much easier than expected and everything was simply delicious. I definitely feel like I could go home and make my own ramen one day

What a fabulous experience! My love and I took this class for Valentine’s Day. We really enjoyed it, the food was delicious and the music felt like we were indeed in Italy! Both Vivi and Michi are wonderful chefs, very experienced, friendly and they made us feel comfortable from the very first moment that we met them. Their home is very clean and welcoming. We highly recommend this class. Thank you so much Vivi and Michi for a top notch experience!

Chef Ricky is super knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. Literally I felt like I was learning so much I had to take photos and movies to help remember it all. He has a great teaching demeanor and was patient with our questions The course is well organized and the location ( although I wish it was closer to st Pete) was very conducive to participating. We utilized many of his tools and had room to circulate allowing a true hands on experience We left with our stomachs full and our palates better trained to truly appreciate good sushi Highly recommend Herb James

Chef Ricky was absolutely amazing! You could tell right away that he was not only very experienced, but extremely knowledgeable about not just sushi, but lots of other food. He set a great atmosphere with music, and a food station set up like you would see in sushi bars, so you did everything that they would do. The rolls came out delicious thanks to his guidance and fresh ingredients! We would definitely take other classes from him.

Bought the experience for my wife for Christmas. We had such a great time! Chef Vivian and Chef Michi were amazing, very personable, and knowledgeable. The house of Gucci menu was awesome. Making homemade pasta was the highlight. Best couples experience and we will definitely book another menu with them in the very near future. Thank you!!!

Chef Ricky was incredible and surpassed all of our expectations! We have done two classes with him now: both times the food was exquisite, and the information he delivered about food was so fun! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all areas of food and truly enjoys teaching others! What a truly wonderful experience my husband and I had cooking with Chef Ricky. He was professional, personable, and beyond knowledgeable. It was so fun & we learned so much. We are already talking about taking another class with him. We had experience with sous vide, but we still learned a lot and the menu was phenomenal. Don't think about it..just book it, now!

If you are looking for cooking classes to take, take this one! Our group of 3 had a blast. Chef Danh is knowledgeable, fun and attentive. He prepped and made sure everything was ready for our class. Nothing was unaccounted for. We learned knife techniques, history of how items are prepared, and of course, how to make a delicious meal! His place was also easy to access, park and very clean. We would highly recommend anyone take this class. We are looking forward to taking more!

**A Truly Exceptional Cooking Experience - 10/10!** I had the pleasure of attending this cooking class, and I can confidently say it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. First, the instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They not only guided us step-by-step through each recipe but also shared valuable tips and tricks that I can apply in my own kitchen. The hands-on approach made the experience engaging, and I truly felt like I was learning something worthwhile. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun — a great balance between educational and social. Chef Vivi and Michi opened up there home to us and at first we were skeptical about going into a private home for the cooking class but every was spotless and well-equipped, the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. We arrived 15mins late due to traffic but the chefs were so understanding and we still had plenty of time for us to ask questions and get individual attention, which really made the experience feel personalized. The best part? The food we made was *delicious*! We walked away with not just new skills, but a new level of confidence in the kitchen. We also left with the recipes and I’m excited to try again at home. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class is worth every penny. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The class was amazing with chef Vivian and chef Michi. They were so inviting and comforting. The experience was educational and so much fun. Teaching the importance of each step. Breaking down why things are done the way they are. Their experience is shown in their patience, attention to detail, and food presentation! Food tasted so good, it was hard to believe we made it from scratch. Outside of the menu provided, they taught us different ways to make everyday food in our household that we are excited to make. Totally recommend this experience, we will be trying their other classes!
