In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Ivan will guide you through making a three-course Italian dinner, teaching traditional cooking techniques along the way.
Learn how to make a Tuscan classic, pappa al pomodoro, a thick and creamy Tuscan bread soup to start off your culinary journey. Next, Chef Ivan will show you how to craft show-stopping Neapolitan meatballs with balsamic roasted vegetables and handcrafted semolina gnocchi alla Romana on the side, before sharing the secret for a perfectly sweet and creamy amaretto tiramisu for dessert.
