You'll practically hear the waves of the Mediterranean while enjoying the cooking class venture. Chef Mordechai will share tips and techniques for crafting an exquisite feast.
You'll start by preparing deep-fried green falafel with freshly made hummus and muhammara — fresh roasted red pepper and walnut dip with soft pita for dipping that you will make from scratch. For your main course, prepare to enjoy house-made Merguez sausage with flatbread. Conclude your unforgettable experience by layering flaky phyllo sheets with soft goat cheese, sweet honey pistachios and fragrant lavender syrup.
