Whether you're preparing a weeknight dinner or a festive feast, Chef Jared will show you how to do as the Romans do using this menu as a guide. Begin by making homemade Caesar dressing for a fresh salad, roasting tomatoes to pair with creamy burrata and an herb oil, roll, fill and cook fresh ravioli, and whip up a twist on traditional tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such an enjoyable night! Chef Jared was a great host, and the food was AMAZING. We had such good conversation with Jared and learned some new tips and tricks in the kitchen! We will definitely be taking another one of Jared’s classes in the future!

We had a wonderful time with Jared last night. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. He made my husband's birthday memorable and my group had a blast learning how to make a gourmet meal. If I had to critique anything, it would have been that we did not take the leftovers home with us so we could enjoy them again. Other than that, it was perfect!
