What You’ll Do

Join Chef Mario for a classic Italian pizza-making class and introduction to wood fired pizza.

In this hands-on class, you will learn not only how to make traditional pizza dough from scratch, but also how to use a wood fired oven to achieve the perfect crust with a beautiful char and leopard spotting along the rim.

Using simple and fresh ingredients, you learn everything you need to know to craft the perfect wood fired pizza. Chef Mario will also include the preparation of a classic Italian green salad of radicchio and arugula, and finish with a delicious and traditional Italian coffee and ice cream dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Mario was a fantastic host. Very informative, talkative, and helpful. Made everyone feel comfortable, and the food turned out fantastic. Will definitely be taking another class with him again in the future, and would highly recommend!

We had the best time cooking Middle Eastern Essentials with Chef Mario! We loved learning about different cooking techniques and socializing with both Chef Mario and the other guests and the food was delicious! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and can’t wait to take another class!
