Learn to cook a variety of incredible Thai dishes!
In this Thai cooking class, Chef Alejandra will show you how to prepare a complete Thai dinner. She'll share her knowledge and stories from her times managing Thai food trucks in France as well as working in 3-star Michelin restaurants.
You'll start by learning how to prepare some appetizers such as vegetable samosas, spicy beef salad, and chicken rolls. Then she'll teach you some main dishes like chicken massaman, shrimp green curry, or chicken satay. For dessert, you'll learn how to make a spectacular mango panna cotta or some fun nutella rolls.
At the end of the class everyone will sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labor together. You'll leave satisfied and ready to add some amazing Thai dishes to your meal repertoire!
Chef Alejandra welcomes guests to bring their own beer or wine to enjoy with the meal and is happy to offer recommendations.
The menu will consist of combinations of the following:
Appetizer
Chicken 'nems' (egg rolls), vegetable samosa, or spicy beef Thai salad
Entrée
Chicken massaman with basmati rice, green curry with shrimp, or satay kay (chicken skewers with yellow curry)
Dessert
Nutella 'nems' (rolls), or coconut panna cotta with mango
Drink
The Chef invites guests to bring their own beverages

Everyone likes food, but there are some people who really love it! I was 9 years old the first time I cooked for my family. Since then I knew I wanted to be a chef. I am originally from Ecuador but I have Iived and worked in France for the past 8 years. I had the opportunity to study at one of France's best culinary schools, Institut Paul Bocuse, and have worked with several 3 star Michelin chefs like Guy Savoy, Alain Ducasse and others. I can't wait to teach you my cuisine and techniques!
