Chef Mel teaches you recipes to create a bright, colorful, and crowd-pleasing party spread.
In this hands-on class, join Chef Mel for an unforgettable culinary experience where you will learn the skills and techniques to prepare the ultimate backyard party dishes.
You will learn how to take advantage of fresh vegetables and herbs in a pea, zucchini, and basil soup, and in an impressive ratatouille polenta dish. Then, Chef Mel will teach you the art of cooking fish en papillote, which is a technique using parchment paper to create an aromatic and moist heat which perfectly cooks the fish in its own delicious juices.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mel​, a former personal chef and caterer,​ specializes in creating healthy, natural and organic meals.​ ​​She is passionate about educating others on how to cook and eat well, and has shared her zest for culinary instruction by teaching children's cooking classes and volunteering for cooking programs. Her culinary education arsenal boasts completion from the Natural Food Chef Program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute​.​ Join Chef Mel for a fun and informative experience!
