As a health coach, Chef Lilly knows there are many health benefits to eating raw foods. In this hands-on class, she teaches you how to prepare raw food that is not only nutritious, but also indescribably delicious!
Chef Lilly's approachable personality, health knowledge, and sense of humor make for a wonderful class that is incredibly informative and makes healthy cooking simple. In this class, you will create four unique raw food dishes that are vibrant, colorful, and full of flavor that brings out the true essence of each raw ingredient.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Buddha Bowl
With millet, avocado, sea vegetables, red cabbage, and sesame seeds
No Pasta Zucchini Lasagna
With baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, pine nuts and cashews
Romaine Lettuce Fresco Tacos
With jicama, avocado, mango, hemp seeds, lime juice and cayenne pepper
Blueberry Chocolate Pudding
With raw cacao powder, chia seeds, blueberries, raw cacao nibs and dates

Meet your chef
Chef Lilly grew up in France, where her passion for cooking was sparked while exploring the kitchen of the bakery her parents owned. After attending the French Pastry School, she went on to gain experience at many top restaurants in Chicago. Chef Lilly is also a health coach and a seasoned culinary instructor who loves to have fun in the kitchen. Her sense of humor, health knowledge, and easy recipes make for an incredible experience!
