Class with Chef Shinya was very interesting! As a professional chef myself, it was cool to learn new things from a cuisine that I am not as well versed in, and Chef Shinya was a wealth of knowledge. The class itself left quite a bit to be desired unfortunately. There was almost zero hands-on aspect to it, which was disappointing. Even with the message a few days before explaining that the class wouldn't be as hands on as others, we expected there to be a bit more than just stirring a few things. The food was delicious, and we can't wait to try making the Ramen at home! Thank you Chef!

This was an incredible experience! Chef Shinya's instructions were easy to follow and his personal stories added to the fun. I highly recommend taking this class. It is unique from the others I have done.
