Join Chef Peter for an exciting evening of preparing an authentic Southeast Asian shrimp feast.
In this hands-on class, you will join the talented and well-traveled Chef Peter in preparing an unforgettable Southeast Asian feast. You begin by learning how to make a succulent shrimp stir-fry, which will be the focus of a four-course meal that will introduce you to the vibrant flavors, smells, and techniques of Southeast Asian cooking.
You will also prepare fragrant coconut rice, a basic staple of Southeast Asian cuisine, and the unbelievable culinary magic of authentic sambal sauce. You will round out your meal with the perfect scrumptious dessert roti.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With shallots, garlic and chilies
Coconut Rice
With coconut milk and pandan

Upon returning from a backpacking trip through Southeast Asia, Chef Peter began his foray into the culinary world and opened a Malaysian-inspired street food restaurant. Chef Peter’s success has been featured in the Seattle Times, Seattle Met, The Stranger, and featured on the Food Network. His enthusiastic personality and knack for exciting cuisine are packaged together and offered in the form of incredible cooking classes.
