In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Rose takes you on a journey to Tuscany for an unforgettable culinary experience, where you will learn the art of simplicity in cooking.
Begin by preparing a light and zesty arugula and fennel salad, complete with citrus and homemade dressing. Then, you will prepare a succulent chicken dish garnished with some of the staple ingredients of Tuscany, such as artichokes and olives. For dessert, Chef Rose will teach you how to bake a nutty chocolate hazelnut torte in a deliciously golden pine nut shell.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
