Prepare a spread of tapas that are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.
In this hands-on class, Chef Rose shows you that creating a tantalizing spread of gourmet tapas can be simple and fun. To do this, Chef Rose will guide you through the creation of six different tapas dishes sure to impress your guests.
Some of the recipes you will prepare include drunk and spicy shrimp, and risotto cakes that are crispy and golden on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Then you will move onto French apple tarts complete with a buttery, flakey crust and that melt in your mouth flavor from the caramelization of the apples.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
