What You’ll Do

Join Chef Liz as she nurtures your love for Italian cuisine in this hands-on class.

In this hands-on class, Chef Liz will instruct you as you work your way through preparing her four-course, authentic Italian menu.

The fun begins as you work together to create homemade pasta dough from scratch, learning how to properly mix the dough, and roll out and shape the noodles. Fresh pasta requires a little bit more effort and a lot more love, but once you get the hang of it there's no going back! To end the class, you will finish off with a twist on a classic Italian dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing time learning to cook pasta with Liz. She made the class very fun while teaching us all kinds of new ways we can cook at home. She has a great apartment to cook in. I would highly recommend the class!

Chef Liz was very knowledgeable, energic, and patient throughout our cook. Her apartment is awesome (as is her dog Frank!) We had a great time learning how to cook pasta and caesar salad and would highly recommend the experience. Thanks again Liz!
