What You’ll Do

Learn how to make some of your favorite Mexican dishes using authentic ingredients and techniques.

Join Chef Aliza, a native of Mexico, in this hands-on class as she leads you on a culinary journey to her homeland. She has created a three-course party-food menu poised to deliver on flavor and authenticity, while teaching you the techniques necessary to bring it to life.

You will begin by adding a smoky, tangy twist to guacamole and perfecting the art of homemade tortilla chips. Then, learn how to properly assemble chicken enchiladas and the secret to the all-important sauce. End with handmade, incredibly addicting dulce de leche crepes.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The food was very fresh and light, in the Mediterranean tradition with Mexican accents and flavors. She is also an accomplished food stylist which is reflected in the picture perfect presentation of her dishes.
