You'll build a multi-course menu beginning with a simple vinaigrette to dress a butter leaf salad. A hearty beef bourguignon is the main course, with seasonal vegetables and red wine from Burgundy, accompanied by a creamy potato puree. To end, you'll concoct a divine crème brûlée boasting a distinctive caramelized crust.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
