Learn how to assemble a crostini with succulent ingredients, such as prosciutto, mint, and figs. Polpettes (meatballs) made with pork and fennel are restaurant worthy, and something you can learn how to create. Pears poached with white wine end the evening.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Britney, who recently moved to Portland from Texas, is a knowledgeable and experienced chef that will turn your kitchen into a culinary playground. Her class is easy to follow, and the recipes are simple, yet the flavors are unique, well-balanced and sophisticated. This class balances between the rustic crunch of the baguette and acidity of braised red cabbage, citrusy lush apricots complimented by pistachios and clean flavors of white fish on bed of simple vegetables. You will leave this class knowing that a high brow dinner to impress your friends and family with is at your fingertips.
