Join Chef Michael to tour the South of Italy through its traditional recipes.
Explore the culinary side of Southern Italy in this interactive cooking class, where you'll learn how to make classic Italian favorites from scratch, including an Italian salad, homemade pasta and a classic dessert.
For your starter, you'll compose a garden-fresh tomato salad with grilled fennel and burrata. Up your pasta game with homemade orecchiette pasta — made traditionally or gluten free — and studded with sausage, broccoli rabe and Parmesan cheese. Finally, whip up a simple dessert from the old country: Ricotta with berries and honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
