Gluten free is a way of life, and it certainly does not have to be without flavor. You can enjoy your favorite Asian fare while still maintaining a diet free from gluten. Chef Meghna has world class experience with Asian cuisine and will give you the skills to create your very own delectable, gluten free Asian dishes.
Chef Meghna will introduce you to some classic Asian plates that can be fully prepared gluten free. Learn how to assemble a savory chicken kebab, complete with Asian seasonings and spices that will take your taste buds to another land. Your culinary journey with Chef Meghna continues as she shows you how to prepare classic dishes, such as Chatpate Cholley, a chickpea curry seasoned delightfully with aromatic spices. More traditional plates on also on the menu, including Pulao, breathtaking basmati rice that explodes with aroma and flavor. The best part, it is all totally gluten free!
Guests may bring beer or wine to accompany their meal.

Meet your chef
I have often been asked about my culinary background, to which I facetiously respond that I come from a culture that has been focused on food for the past five thousand years. Certainly, quite a resume! Coming from a heritage that has food as the epicenter of most occasions, I found myself yearning to replicate the scrumptious delicacies, be it from high end Indian restaurants in Mumbai to street food in smaller towns such as Lucknow.
