Chef Eric teaches you to prepare distinct pescatarian fare.
Seafood is among the most diverse foods in the world, and there are myriad recipes to be discovered. As you learn to create each item on Chef Eric’s menu, you will be learning all manner of preparation to bring out the very best in each meal.
Chef Eric begins the class by showing you how to prepare luscious sesame-crusted white fish fillets. Next, create a savory Indian pastry-wrapped tilapia followed by succulent rosemary, dill and thyme-smoked salmon fillets. Follow that up with sautéed teriyaki-style fish fillets that will make your mouth water. The class concludes with delectable panko-crusted cod fillets.
Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With herbs, cooked tomato, turmeric, ginger and cardamom chutney
Rosemary, Dill and Thyme-Smoked Salmon Filets

Meet your chef
A native of Los Angeles, Chef Eric graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He has staged with Chef Jose Munisa at Via Veneto, Barcelona’s longest-running 5-star restaurant and Chef Joseph Russwürm at Munich’s Hotel Kempinski. While trained in the culinary classics, Chef Eric enjoys teaching a broad range of cuisines in his classes while integrating the importance of technique with his students.
