Experience a fun, flavor-packed hibachi night at home for any occasion.

Transform your kitchen into a sizzling Japanese steakhouse with this hands-on hibachi cooking class led by Chef Mary. In just 3 hours, you’ll master teppanyaki techniques using portable grills or stovetop griddles, perfect for recreating hibachi magic at home.

Start with a fresh garden salad and carrot-ginger dressing, then sear teriyaki steak, chicken or jumbo shrimp, all finished with garlic-soy butter. Learn to make perfect hibachi fried rice and finish with mini Japanese soufflé cheesecakes.

All ingredients, equipment and cleanup are included. This class is ideal for date nights, birthdays or any occasion that calls for upscale flavors and unforgettable cooking skills.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mary was incredible! She took her time with the 2 of us. We had a lot of fun while prepping. it was like hanging out with a. good friend that is a super talented chef. We had a lot of food and also had huge poke’ bowls for the next day that we prepared. From start to dessert-hats off to Chef Mary. TYSM!!!

Our sushi making experience was nothing short of spectacular. We learned about history of sushi, various types/styles, and a lot of the culture behind it. Mary was eager and excited to be our guide! The food was fantastic and she left us very equipped to continue making sushi on our own in the future. We will be recommending her course to many friends!
