What You’ll Do

Make the most of grilling season with this delicious seasonal menu.

Fire up the flavor on the grill in this hands-on cooking class. Led by an expert chef, you’ll learn how to prepare veggies on the grill with two dishes: a charred pepper, peach and feta salad and grilled corn with a smoky lime butter. Next, add smokiness to perfectly seared skirt steak topped with a scallion gremolata. For dessert, cool off with a nostalgic twist, creamy orange-vanilla creamsicle ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
