What You’ll Do

Unleash your inner grill master in this festive session in the kitchen.

In this summer-forward cooking class, you’ll make the most of grilling season with a full meal cooked over flame. Start with a bright, seasonal salad featuring grilled peppers, juicy peaches and tangy feta. Then, fire up a perfectly smoked skirt steak, finished with a punchy charred scallion gremolata. Grilled corn on the side gets an upgrade with smoky lime butter, adding depth and zing. For dessert, the nostalgic creamsicle is reimagined as a creamy homemade ice cream—cool, citrusy and the perfect ending to your grill-focused feast.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job, only mistake not matching the crème anglaise with the chocolate soufflé but you covered for it. We had a great time!
