What You’ll Do

Learn how to make three different versions of the beloved donut from around the world.

In this cooking class, you will learn how to make three types of donuts, from three different countries. You will start with a classic Italian bomboloni, similar to a traditional donut, filled with a hazelnut-chocolate spread that fills out of the freshly fried dough. Then, you will follow with traditional French beignets, which have found popularity in the American South, particularly New Orleans and are coated in a hefty dusting of powdered sugar. Finally, you will indulge in Mexican churro fritters, complete with a rich hot chocolate sauce for dipping.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
