This interactive cooking class highlights fried treats from Italy, France and Mexico. Learn to prepare and fry the dough for these global delights paired with delicious fillings, sauces and toppings. Indulge in hazelnut-chocolate filled bomboloni and fry churro fritters served with Mexican hot chocolate sauce. Round out the selection with fresh beignets dusted in powdered sugar.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
