What You’ll Do

Learn to make two unique flavors of the classic French macaron.

In this cooking class, you will learn to make authentic French macarons completely from scratch. First, you will master the vanilla bean macaron: light, delicate shells filled with a creamy homemade white chocolate buttercream. Next, you will mix, pipe and bake a crème brûlée-inspired macaron, finished with a crackly layer of caramelized sugar for the perfect touch of crunch. Along the way, you will learn the technique for making these cookies in an endless array of flavors.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
