What You’ll Do

Enjoy the bounty of the season with this feast inspired by locally grown produce.

This cooking class will teach you how to cook and eat seasonally, with an emphasis on locally grown produce harvested at its peak. First, you'll create a watermelon salad, complimented by tangy feta and fresh mint. Then, you'll make a summery pasta featuring bacon, sweet summer corn and juicy cherry tomatoes. On the side, you'll bring out the flavors of sugar snap peas by giving them a quick grill and smothering them in a rich buttermilk aioli. Finally, you'll end with a blueberry cornbread cobbler bursting with the best berries of the year.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
