What You’ll Do

Coax the maximum amount of flavor from seasonal produce in this delicious meal.

Get inspired by the season’s ripe produce in this flavor-packed cooking class. In this hands-on, chef-led class, you’ll balance sweet and salty with four delicious dishes, including a juicy watermelon salad finished with salty feta and fragrant mint. Make a simple spaghetti dish tossed with sweet corn, tomatoes and bacon. Grill sugar snap peas with buttermilk aioli, and for dessert, bake a golden blueberry cornbread cobbler that’s impossible to resist.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.

What an informative and enjoyable European Breads Class! Pia and Stephanie were fantastic, and our three (!) breads all turned out beautifully during our allotted three hour class. It was a terrific way to celebrate my birthday with my dear friend.
