What You’ll Do

Let the flavors of seasonal produce picked at its peak shine in this summery class.

In this summer-inspired cooking class, you’ll learn to cook with the freshest local ingredients at their seasonal peak. Start with a vibrant watermelon salad, balanced with salty feta and refreshing mint. Then, create a flavorful pasta tossed with crispy bacon, sweet summer corn and juicy cherry tomatoes. For a side, you’ll grill sugar snap peas until just charred and finish them with a rich buttermilk aioli. To wrap things up, bake a golden blueberry cornbread cobbler, overflowing with the season’s ripest berries. It’s a delicious way to celebrate the bounty of summer.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
