What You’ll Do

Experience farm-to-fork dining as you turn market produce into delicious seasonal dishes.

If you think that learning to cook with the seasons and the changing ingredients that come with each is beyond your culinary skillset, this cooking class dares you to think again. In it, you'll learn under a renowned chef how to do just that, with recipes that include watermelon salad with feta and fresh mind, grilled sugar snap peas with buttermilk aioli and a sweet-palate-pleasing blueberry cornbread cobbler.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.

My son and I had a great time at the cooking class. Chef Michael was really good with the class, getting everyone involved and offering lots of useful cooking tips. We would definitely take another class.
