What You’ll Do

Welcome Summer flavors with this feast based around fish and chips, best enjoyed outdoors.

In this festive cooking class, you'll create a picnic-worthy feast perfect for a summer evening. You'll learn to execute an ideal version of the classic fish and chips, battered in beer and fried to crispy perfection. On the side, you'll make a crunchy and fresh coleslaw with a remoulade dressing. Then, you'll finish things off with strawberry shortcakes, every element of which will be made from scratch. And, of course, there's no better drink for a summer picnic than an Arnold Palmer, with equal parts lemonade and iced tea.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
