Join this cooking class to introduce kids to the world of gluten-free French desserts. Led by an esteemed chef, young chefs will learn essential baking techniques and safe kitchen practices as they prepare gluten- and dairy-free chocolate financiers, clafoutis and velvety chocolate pots de crème.

They'll discover how to use ingredients like dairy-free milk, almond flour, dairy-free butter and seasonal berries to create delicious, bakery-worthy treats. Chef Lisa was amazing! She has so much knowledge for baking and cooking, and specifically healthy, gluten free, and dairy free recipes. She was fun to chat with while baking and let us do the baking while giving direction. It wasn't just about the 3 recipes of the class, she also taught us tips and tricks for baking and cooking in general. We learned so much!
