Learn to craft authentic Vietnamese dishes in a fun, interactive and entirely gluten-free session.
Experience a four-course, gluten-free Vietnamese meal in this cooking class, where you'll learn about the cuisine and history of Vietnam in a fun and engaging way. An expert Chef Linda will be guiding you every step of the journey.
As you begin preparing spring rolls with shrimp, julienned vegetables and fresh herbs bundled into rice paper wrappers and served with peanut sauce, you'll gain knife skills and kitchen techniques. You'll also prepare Asian meatballs in a savory sauce, served over rice noodles and accompanied by a garlicky spinach sauté. For dessert, you'll make a coconut rice pudding. With shrimp, cucumber, carrot, fresh herbs, rice paper wraps and peanut sauce (sunbutter alternative available on request)
Asian Meatballs on Rice Noodles
With ground beef, water chestnuts, onion, egg, chili-garlic sauce and hoisin sauce
Stir-Fried Spinach With Garlic
With spinach, garlic and oyster sauce
Coconut Rice Pudding
With rice, milk, coconut milk, cinnamon, egg and salt
