Cook like the Italians do with guidance from an expert chef who will teach you essential techniques—mixing, kneading, cutting and rolling dough into dishes like tagliatelle or gnocchi, paired with a classic tomato basil sauce. What an awesome experience! Chef Miguel was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a great teacher. Things we didn't know he gave us easy to understand instruction, and what we did know, he made us feel good about the job we were doing. The setting for the class was very well kept and Chef kept his workplace tidy and very professional. The baked goods that we were able to complete were spectacular and made us feel like we were real life bakers! We are very much so looking forward to working with him again. We can not stress this enough.. If you have the chance to take a class with Chef Miguel, DO IT! You are in great hands!

Chef Miguel was a fantastic teacher. He was joyful and we had a fantastic time learning, cooking and being together. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a perfect afternoon with friends learning to cook new foods. This was the best birthday present ever. THANK YOU!!!
