Then, perfect the art of seasoning sushi rice and handling nori as you create three signature rolls: a classic California-style roll, a fiery spicy tuna roll and a Seattle roll with smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese. Finish on a sweet note with sake-poached Asian pears dusted with matcha powder.
