Master sushi-making and classic Japanese dishes in this expert chef-led culinary experience.

Discover the art of sushi-making in this hands-on cooking class, where fresh ingredients meet traditional techniques. Guided by Chef Erik, you'll master a gourmet multi-course menu featuring Japanese favorites.

Start with a classic appetizer, sesame edamame, finished with flaky sea salt and toasted sesame seeds. Then, perfect the art of seasoning sushi rice and handling nori as you create three signature rolls: a classic California-style roll, a fiery spicy tuna roll and a Seattle roll with smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese. Finish on a sweet note with sake-poached Asian pears dusted with matcha powder.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
