Master a traditional Spanish meal with this delicious four-course menu.

Explore the complex flavors of traditional Spanish cuisine with this hands-on cooking class. Led by an expert chef, you’ll prepare a tapas favorite, crispy patatas bravas, then cook an authentic Valencian chicken and chorizo paella, discovering the secrets to developing a caramelized socarrat. Pair your meal with a hearty kale and manchego salad with Marcona almonds and end the fun experience with a creamy Spanish olive oil ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Friendly and professional, Chef Vilsaria provided simple guidance, which made our first-ever "cooking class" surprisingly enjoyable. I was somewhat intimidated, but she set a casual and relaxed atmosphere, which made the evening a fun night out for us. We definitely will be back!
