What You’ll Do

Master a traditional Southern France menu that'll quickly become your favorite meal.

Enjoy a culinary escape to Provence with this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a gourmet chef, you'll prepare a delicious four-course menu that begins with a refreshing shaved radish and arugula salad. Master a saffron-scented bouillabaisse, an elegant seafood stew drizzled with a creamy garlic aioli. Finally, indulge in a rustic French dessert, a sweet cherry clafoutis with honey whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
