This cooking class invites you to embark on a journey through Italian cuisine, led by a top-rated chef passionate about tradition. Learn hands-on by making homemade pasta dough and transforming it into fettuccine with crispy pancetta, artichokes and truffle oil. Get creative with the techniques taught in this class and prepare to make perfectly seared steak tagliata with arugula and Parmesan. End the class with a vanilla-mascarpone panna cotta, a dessert that warms the heart and satisfies the soul.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
