What You’ll Do

Prepare a stunning four-course menu with the season's finest ingredients.

Experience an elegant farm-to-table meal with this rainbow-colored cooking class. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll prepare a rainbow peppercorn-crusted steak finished with a velvety mushroom-Cognac pan sauce. Arrange heirloom tomatoes and sweet peaches for a stunning salad drizzled with an herb vinaigrette. Then, learn how to prepare flaky pie dough when you bake a savory roasted carrot and ricotta tart before indulging in a luscious mixed summer berry trifle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
