What You’ll Do

Enjoy a vibrant and flavorful Italian feast with twists on classic favorites.

Put your own spin on Italian classics in this hands-on cooking class. Begin with bruschetta topped with basil pesto and crispy prosciutto. Next, prepare a bold pasta puttanesca, rich with olives and tomatoes. Gently poach salmon in olive oil until tender and flaky. For dessert, fry up golden zeppole—light, airy Italian donuts—served with a luscious chocolate and hazelnut dipping sauce for the perfect sweet finish.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Class was engaging and tasty. both Chef and staff were wonderful and provided much guidance as necessary. A very tasty evening.
