What You’ll Do

Discover grilling techniques and enjoy chicken diavola, asparagus and a zesty basil sorbet.

Get ready to perfect your grilling skills in this Italian cooking class, led by a 5-star chef who will guide you through every step of creating delicious meals. During this engaging culinary experience, you will learn to make grilled chicken diavola, grilled asparagus with capers and lemon and grilled bread with a fresh tomato salad and basil vinaigrette on the side. To end the meal, you’ll make a refreshing basil limoncello sorbet.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
