In this team-building activity, embark on a French culinary journey with your Candela coworkers. Guided by a world-class chef, your team will create a memorable Parisian bistro-inspired feast, mastering timeless techniques while enjoying delicious food and laughter along the way.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll work in small groups to prepare classic French dishes. Start with savory French onion soup au gratin topped with melted gruyère cheese. Next, prepare the comforting beef bourguignon with pommes duchesse potatoes. The grand finale? A showstopping flambéed crêpes suzette with citrus zest and homemade vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an awesome experience! Chef Miguel was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a great teacher. Things we didn't know he gave us easy to understand instruction, and what we did know, he made us feel good about the job we were doing. The setting for the class was very well kept and Chef kept his workplace tidy and very professional. The baked goods that we were able to complete were spectacular and made us feel like we were real life bakers! We are very much so looking forward to working with him again. We can not stress this enough.. If you have the chance to take a class with Chef Miguel, DO IT! You are in great hands!

Chef Miguel was a fantastic teacher. He was joyful and we had a fantastic time learning, cooking and being together. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a perfect afternoon with friends learning to cook new foods. This was the best birthday present ever. THANK YOU!!!
