In this immersive cooking class, an expert chef guides your journey into Vietnamese cuisine. You’ll learn about the traditions and ingredients that distinguish this cooking style as you practice fundamental techniques. Form spring rolls and mix savory peanut sauce. Then, learn tips for grilling chicken with aromatic lemongrass and chiles to serve with rice noodle salad.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
