What You’ll Do

Master classic Mediterranean techniques while creating a vibrant and delicious meat-free feast.

Fresh ingredients, bright flavors and hearty dishes—Greek cuisine is a vegetarian’s dream and in this cooking class, you will roll up your sleeves and learn how to make crispy, golden bites from scratch, whip up a refreshing salad and roast potatoes to perfection with a Mediterranean twist. Finally, you’ll enjoy a sweet baklava ice cream packed with warm spices and crunchy nuts. Lovers of Greek food and vegetarians or looking for new favorites will find that this class has something for everyone.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We ended up having Chef Casey instruct us for the class, and he was great! There was only 3 of us, so it was very intimate and made for a great, relaxing experience. We learned a few tricks to prepare the food we made, and we even got to take home leftovers from our cooking that night. Was very professional, easy-to-follow, and informative; and we made a delicious meal! My husband and I both went and he has been talking about taking more classes ever since we took this class. Highly recommend, and would love to go back for another class!

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing. Saw many groups were struggling.

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
