Even after the course has concluded, you will be able to navigate your local farmer’s market more effectively with your new knowledge to create outstanding cuisine.

The class begins with a Local Harvest Delight that incorporates a delectable variety of fruits and vegetables. Continue with a savory pan-seared wild salmon. Your culinary journey concludes with a decadent rustic berry cobbler. Even after the class has come to an end, you will be able to share your new skills and delight friends and family again and again.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I loved cooking and baking (and eating!) from a very young age. I spent time in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, watching and being included in making food with love. I was inspired by Julia Child's story of following her passion for food and I continue to be inspired to learn new things and share them with my students. I utilize local Pacific Northwest ingredients in new ways, combining them with the rich local heritage of our many immigrant cultures.

Cozymeal is definitely a must try. We wanted to explore the local cuisine and booked this class with Chef Jen. The chef was very friendly and the class was fun. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in cooking classes in the Seattle region!
