I am passionate about the sugar arts and eager to share the excitement and intrigue of cake making. Having acquired my skills over the years through extensive hands-on experience I have a fun and innovative approach to teaching. I am a respected authority in the community, serving on the Culinary and Baking Arts Advisory Board and I take in interns from many schools. I live to share and inspire in my own 'sweet' way.
